Broadway Grosses: Priscilla Joins $1 Million Club; Book of Mormon S.R.O.

As the always strong Easter holiday week approaches, Broadway’s box offices are humming. With 38 shows to choose from, theatergoers showed support across the board, pushing the now-on-hiatus Spider-Man into third place and lifting newcomer Priscilla Queen of the Desert into the top five and the coveted $1 million club. The Book of Mormon is now solidly S.R.O., joined on the capacity frontrunners’ list by new hits Anything Goes and War Horse, the still-solid Good People and the indestructible Lion King.

Here is a look at who was on top and who was not for the week ending April 17:
