Just got an email saying that Mayor Rahm Emanuel's going to attend the Obama Victory Fund 2012 Summer Rooftop Reception?a campaign fund-raiser that also stars Jim Messina. Guess Chicago's playing a funnel cake festival out in the hinterlands that night?
