Man charged in slaying of mother of 3 at 2009 Halloween night party
A Chicago man charged in the killing of a 24-year-old woman at a 2009 Halloween party in the Austin neighborhood was ordered held in lieu of $1 million bail today, while authorities are still seeking at least one other person in the slaying.
