Illinois GOP jump starts 2012 presidential campaign
Illinois Republicans turned a centennial celebration on the eve of Ronald Reagan's birthday into a cattle call of potential presidential aspirants Saturday night, attempting to jump start the GOP's effort to unseat Barack Obama in the Democratic president's hometown.
