Cook with Michael Ruhlman

The Butcher & Larder is hosting a launch event in a couple weeks for the new Michael Ruhlman cookbook Ruhlman's Twenty: 20 people will get to make sausage, then put together a sausage and escarole soup recipe from the cookbook, in the company of Ruhlman and Butcher & Larder owner Rob Levitt. For a chance to be one of the 20, tweet your story of an "aha" moment involving a cooking technique or ingredient to Levitt at @butcherlarder.
