Maroulis and his former Rock of Ages co-star Angel Reed welcomed Malena James to the world on December 23, 2010. Though he and Reed are not currently a couple, the leading man credits the ‘80s metal musical with bringing his family together.
“Rock of Ages has been a huge blessing for me. I met Angel and we had Malena,” Maroulis said, “We’re best friends, and all our focus is on our baby.”
After spending quality holiday time with Malena and her mom, Maroulis had to get back on the road, where he is currently reprising his Tony-nominated starring role in the national tour of Rock of Ages. He plans to return to New York when the gig wraps up in July. The working dad dished on the difficulty of being away from his baby girl.
