Supermodel Christie Brinkley is readying to make her Broadway debut on April 4 as Chicago’s sizzling sweetheart, Roxie Hart. “I’m having the time of my life,” Brinkley recently told Broadway.com about the rehearsal process. “I’m just having so much fun.”
While Brinkley is having a blast in the dance studio, she admits she’s working extra hard to master the complex choreography in the hit musical revival, which recently became Broadway's fifth longest running show. “I’m surprised by how hard some of the moves—which [the cast] makes look so easy—really are to do.”
So is the beautiful blonde expecting to have any opening night jitters? “I just can’t wait for the first performance," she said. "I think it’s going to be great. It’s such a fun show to be a part of. There’s such a sense of play and fun to it.”
