Illinois lawmakers approve major Medicaid reforms

The Illinois House today approved major changes to the state's Medicaid system aimed at cutting waste and fraud and scaling back who qualifies for government-subsidized health care.

The 111-4 vote sends the changes to Gov. Pat Quinn.
