Tony winner Norbert Leo Butz, Aaron Tveit, Kerry Butler and Tom Wopat will perform numbers from Catch Me If You Can and sign copies of the original cast recording on June 28 at the East 86th Street branch of Barnes & Noble. Composer Marc Shaiman will accompany the actors at the piano, with cast members Linda Hart, Rachel de Benedet and Nick Wyman and co-lyricist Scott Wittman also in attendance. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., with the performance following at 4 p.m.
Catch Me If You Can opened on April 10 at the Neil Simon Theatre. The show received four Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical, with Butz taking home the Best Actor trophy for his portrayal of FBI Agent Carl Hanratty. The cast recording, released by Ghostlight Records, was produced by Shaiman and Scott M. Riesett and executive produced by Kurt Deutsch.
