After an exhilarating first performance of Katori Hall’s The Mountaintop on September 22, stars Angela Bassett and Samuel L. Jackson were delighted to celebrate the night by signing autographs and posing for photos with their Broadway fans. Following the Broadway premiere of the moving play, starring Jackson as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the eve of his assassination and Bassett as a mysterious young woman named Camae, these stars joined their director Kenny Leon and playwright Hall to thank dedicated supporters at the stage door.
