Emanuel says Chicago 'at a crossroads' in first TV ad

Mayoral candidate Rahm Emanuel today released his first campaign commercial a day before candidates start filing the paperwork to get a spot on the Feb. 22 city ballot.

Titled "Tough," the 30-second spot will begin airing Monday as part of a large, nearly $750,000 ad buy of broadcast Chicago TV stations.
