Go Inside Stick Fly with Alicia Keys, Tracie Thoms & More in a Video Preview

In anticipation of the arrival of Lydia R. Diamond’s Stick Fly on Broadway, the show’s all-star cast and creative team stepped out to the Hard Rock Café on October 20 to share their excitement. Leading the way was Grammy winner Alicia Keys, making her first foray into Broadway as producer and composer for the play, which centers on the LeVays, an affluent African American family who come together to spend a weekend at their Martha's Vineyard mansion. The singer/songwriter was joined by director Kenny Leon, playwright Diamond and cast members Dulé Hill, Mekhi Phifer, Tracie Thoms and more to talk about this exploration of a segment of the population rarely seen on stage and screen, and its impact on the politics of class, race and identity.
