Logan Square's meaty gastropub Longman & Eagle has gotten off to a strong start, picking up a perhaps-surprising Michelin star, and now its second-floor inn, designed by Cody Hudson and featuring the woodwork of Robert McAdams, is set to open Wednesday.
I've actually been more excited about the inn than the restaurant (which I haven't made it to yet), even though I live here—I really, really like hotels, and a pleasant, affordable boutique inn would be a nice addition in a city that seems to lack them.…
